BITS Pilani jobs - Junior Research Fellow

Applications are invited for one position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DRDO funded project entitled “Investigation on dynamic deformation behaviour of Tungsten Heavy Alloys (WHAs) for defence applications”, under the supervision of Dr. Nitin Kotkunde (PI, BITS Pilani),Prof. Navin Kumar (Co-PI, IIT Ropar),Dr. Swadesh Kumar Singh (Co-PI, GRIET Hyderabad). Deserving JRF may be considered for Ph.D. program at BITS-Pilani if he/she meets the requirements of Ph.D. qualification process as per the institute norms (http://www.bitsadmission.com/phmain.aspx).

2. Eligibility: Essential Qualification: M.E./M.Tech/M.Des. in Design/Production/Material Science Mechanical Relevant Area. Experience in MATLAB/ FEA is essential. Candidates with publication(s) will be with priority and GATE will add advantage.

3. Fellowship: Amount Rs. 31000 per month

4. Duration: Three years
