Applications are invited from the citizen of India for filling up the following temporary position in the Sponsored Research Project at this Institute. The position is purely temporary, initially for a period of 03 Months, and extendable but co-terminus with the duration of the project, on contractual basis with consolidated pay. 3. Project Title: Experimental Investigation and Performance Evaluation of HARQ Technique for Free-Space Optical Communication Systems

4. Duration: 03 Months (Extendable up to Project Duration as per Performance)

5. Consolidate Pay: Rs.31,000/-

6. Essential Qualification: M.E. /M. Tech. with specialization in Communication Engineering or equivalent with first class or equivalent. GATE qualification in relevant discipline in mandatory.

7. Desired Qualification: Sound knowledge of fundamentals of Digital Communication and free-space optical communication, Proficiency in MATLAB simulations.
