Job Description

Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. AND M.Tech./M.E./M.S. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent streams with first class, with a qualified GATE score.

Desirable Qualification: Good academic record and knowledge in the relevant area (Digital communication, probability and random variables).

Duration: The assignment will be initially for six months which is extendable up to 3 years or completion of project, whichever is earlier, solely based on satisfactory performance of the candidate.

Stipend:
(i) Rs 31,000/- p.m. consolidated (for first 2 years),
(ii) Rs 35,000/- p.m. consolidated (for 3rd year)
