Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Indian Council of Medical research (ICMR),New Delhi sponsored project entitled “Indigenous development of low-cost, portable, high-speed confocal Scanning Laser Ophthalmoscopy (cSLO) system for fluorescence angiographic and photoreceptors imaging of human eye" at Department of Bioengineering and Biotechnology, BIT Mesra, Ranchi.

3. Eligibility: Postgraduate Degree in Biotechnology/Bioengineering, Physics, Optics, Biomedical Engineering, Nanotechnology, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics and Communication Engineering and related disciplines (Professional Course) selected through a process described through any one of the following:
(a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Test CSIR- UGC, NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship),GATE and equivalent examinations
(b) The selection process through National level examinations conducted by central government departments and their agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, CUCET, AICTE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.
4. Desirable: (1) Experience in MATLAB, (2) Experience in Optical components handling
5. Fellowship/month: Rs 31,000/- + applicable HRA as per ICMR and BIT, Mesra rule.
6. Tenure: Six months (Extendable up to 2 years subjected to excellent performance and availability of Funds)
