Job Description

Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow 

Title of Project: Development of AI Powered Multipurpose Intelligent Security and Surveillance System

Sponsoring Agency: Divyasampark iHUB Roorkee for Devices Materials and Technology Foundation

Project positions: Junior Research Fellow

No. of Vacancy: 02

Location: Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India

Qualifications: B.E/ B.Tech. in Electronics and Comm. Engineering/ Computer Science OR M.E/ M.Tech. in relevant area.Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) Qualified.

Relevant Experience: Embedded systems, image processing experience, Machine learning.

Job Deseription (n Brief): To carry out research and development work in core area of vision architecture and machine learning algorithm. Hardware implementation of AI based surveillance system.

Duration of the project: 36 Months

Minimum salary/emoluments: 31,000 per month + HRA. **Highly motivated and deserving candidate will attract highly competitive salaries. **The selected candidate may get an opportunity for PhD admission.
