Job Description

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow 

Project entitled “Design and Development of Diverse Sialoconjugates of Chemotherapeutic Potential” (Project Code: P-07/1251) sanctioned for a period of 3 years (36 months). The tenure of the fellowship will be coterminus with the scheme and the stipend payable will be as per rules of SERB, New Delhi.

Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

No of Post: 01

Qualification: Candidates should be M.Sc. in Chemistry or relevant subject with at least 55% marks and should have passed NET/GATE. Candidates with good proficiency in Organic Chemistry will be given preferences. All things being equal SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.

Emoluments for the selected candidate will be Rs. 31,000/- per month plus HRA as per DST-SERB rules.

Age Limit: Should not above 28 years of age for JRF.
