Job Description

Indian Institute of Technology BHU Varanasi (IIT BHU) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow

Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow

Salary: Fixed Stipend/ Fellowship/Salary amount of Rs.31,000/- (for first two years) and Rs.35,000/- (for 3rd year) per month (No HRA will be paid)

Essential qualifications: M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science, or, M.Tech. in Ceramic Engineering/Materials Science/Metallurgy/ Mechanical Engineering With 60% marks for (General/OBC/EWS) and 55% marks for (SC/ST). The candidate must have valid GATE score (GATE qualified).

Age Limit: The upper age limit (as of the date of the interview) is 30 Years (SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN/PWD candidates will get relaxation as per Govt. of India Rules).
