Job Description

Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT University) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow

Title of Project: “Targeted gene delivery into CD117+ haematopoietic stem cells using capsid modified targeting Adeno associated virus (AAV) vectors”.

Qualification: Master’s degree in life sciences with minimum of 60% marks and preferably qualified any of the national entrance test (GATE/CSIR-UGC including lectureship).

Desirable (if any): Candidates having experience in cell culture and molecular biology will be preferred.

Stipend : Rs. 31,000/ + HRA per month.

Sponsoring Agency: DST- SERB, Government of India.

Duration:2 Years
