Applications are invited from eligible candidates to work as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the following project sponsored by DST-SERB (SRG/2020/000471) . The position is purely on temporary basis for one year. Further, the candidate will be encouraged for applying to regular Ph.D. program of the institute. The details are as follows:

Project Title: Design and Modeling of Ultra-Scaled Copper-Graphene Hybrid On-Chip Interconnects for Low Power and High-Speed IC Applications with Machine Learning

Fellowship Rs. 32,000/- per month

Essential Qualifications:

• Candidates must be holders of M.Tech/ M.S./M.E. or equivalent in EC (Electronics and Communication)/CSE (Computer Science and Engineering)/Electrical Engineering/IT (Information Technology)/degrees or equivalent. They must also be holders of B. Tech/ B.E./M.Sc. in EC/CSE/ IT/EE or equivalent.

• Candidates must have BE/B.Tech. & ME/ M.Tech. in relevant branch with 1st class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech. or ME/M.Tech.

Candidates are preferred with GATE/NET (not mandatory).
Desirable Qualification:

• Good knowledge of fundamentals in VLSI, Machine learning, and a strong desire to do research.

• Candidates with prior background in VLSI/Machine Learning are given preference.
