Eligible candidates are invited to apply for the post of Junior Research Fellow - JRF under the Sponsored Project tenable at the Birbal Sahni Institute of Palaeosciences (BSIP),Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

b. | Age* | Not exceeding 28 years on the last date of application |
c. | Essential Qualification | Post-Graduation in Earth Sciences/Chemical Sciences/Life Sciences/Environmental Sciences from any recognized university/Institutes with minimum 60% marks at graduation and post-graduation level. Applicants must be physically fit to participate in field works in remote areas. |
d. | Desirable Qualification | Preference will be given to candidate:

e. | Fellowship | Rs. 31,000/- + HRA (admissible) per month for CSIR/UGC NET/GATE qualified candidate Rs. 25000/- + HRA for candidate who is not CSIR/UGC NET/GATE qualified. |
f. | Duration | Three years or co-terminus with the project. |
*Age relaxation is admissible for candidates of SC/ST/OBC category as per Government of India rules.
