Job Description

Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT University) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellowship

Title of the Project :“Rhodium Catalysed Enantioselective Synthesis of Cyclopropane Derivatives and Application to Natural product/Biological active molecules”

Qualification :M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with compulsory GATE / NET qualification.

Desirable (if any) :Candidates having strong knowledge in organic chemistry, Experience in synthesizing organic compounds and analyzing compound data by NMR and HRMS will be preferred.

Stipend :Rs. 31,000/- + HRA per month (for first two years),Rs. 35,000/- + HRA per month (for the third year) for Non NET/ GATE candidate (As per Institute norms).

Duration :3 years
