Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT Kharagpur) invites applications for the position of Junior Research Fellowship - Research

Project Title: High-k Dielectric Substrate Engineering of Two Dimensional Semiconducting TMDCs for Advanced (Opto) Electronic Applications(KTO)

Consolidated Compensation Upto: Rs. Upto Rs.31000(depending upon qualification & experience) (depending upon qualification & experience)

Qualifications: M-Tech with GATE in ECE/Nanotechnology/Physics All through first class

Relevant Experience: Experience in metal-oxide thin film growth using RF-DC sputtering technique. At least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal of international repute.
