• Strong working knowledge and experience of online media/web 7 digital side of the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Communicating with customer by mails and calls.
• Understanding and comprehend customer needs, queries and requirement and respond accordingly.
• Experience in working in CRM.
• Prepare Quotation in CRM.
• Maintain files and Documentation.
• Follow up with customer for payment.
• Ensure timely Respond and Update to customer.
• Updating, Maintaining & Keeping track of the payment status of the invoices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
