Due to our ongoing expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Junior Sales/Tender Executive who may EITHER be experienced sales professionals OR those looking to get into their first sales role!
# Responsibilities
- Engaging with new prospective customers and representing the company.
- Builds business by identifying tenders opportunities at various platforms. Analysis of the various Tender that are pan India available and beneficial for the Organization
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
- Identify products/services for the identified opportunities through calls, e-mails, and via online portals.
- Attending Pre bid meetings and sharing the insight of the same with the Management.
- Study tender documents & prepare/arrange technical commercial documents.
- Ensuring that all the activities are monitored and completed from the time Tender is submitted till closure.
- Meeting set targets and working closely with Marketing and Sales by methodically working on and following up on a variety of pro-active sales activity.
- Consistently achieving quarterly and annual KPIs
# Qualifications
For the role you need to be highly tenacious, driven and have the following skillset:
- Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Be target driven and capable of hitting KPI's and activity levels
- Be an experienced Business Development Executive with a track record OR be a junior candidate with a REAL desire to get into sales!
- Should have the knowledge of participation in all PSU / e-procurement websites and should have knowledge of vendor registrations as well
