5. Contractual:
i. For a term of three years including a probationary period of initial six months from the date of joining the Institute
ii. May be considered for fresh contract on completion of the tenure, based on performance and institute’s requirements, however, this will not confer any right of permanence
6. Eligibility:
i. Minimum of a Graduation degree in any stream with a minimum of second division
ii. Computer Knowledge is a must
iii. Excellent grasp of English language
7. Professional Qualification:
a. A minimum of a five years clerical experience in various capacities in reputed offices/ institution/ organisation
b. Proficient in short- hand (60 wpm) and typing speed of 40 words per minute
8. Overall Purpose and Role:
a. Shall be associated with the administrative processes
b. Candidate with requisite work and administrative experience in think tanks, government departments, research institutes or universities are encouraged to apply
9. Job Description:
a. Managing office schedules and engagements
b. Managing of Office Correspondence
c. Handling of Annual Performance Assessment Reports
d. All actions of AGM, EC and Sub Committee meetings
e. Maintaining Extension/Probation cases of all Scholars and Staff.
f. Maintaining Personal files
g. Noting/drafting of routine correspondence
h. Any other task assigned, from time to time.
