Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing project timeline for Network, Operating System and Interface installations
- Install and configure Network, Operating Systems and Interface
- Be familiar and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and procedure.
- Work with product support issues and 2nd level support on client issues/request for enhancements.
- Work with the Support Consultants to ensure Service level requirements are exceeded.
Obtain and retain certification in:
- Current Network, Operating System
- Necessary SQL Oracle &Technical Skills
- Active participation in Education and Collaboration forums.
- Participate in Quality Assurance of new product and/or version release software when required.
- Submit timely and accurate project status and other required reporting via current communication method.
Required Skills:
- Graduate with 15+ Years of full time education from a Recognized University.
- Fluent in oral and written communications in English language.
- Technical support on windows / server OS.
- Candidate should have the experience of Application Support/Oracle Database Support/ Server Support (Windows).
- Flexible with work timings (24 x 5)
- Good network and server knowledge (Level: Basic)
- Experience in Hotel Operations for IT segment.
Preferred:
- Knowledge in Oracle Databases 10g and 11g.
- Technical experience in Opera PMS software / Hotel property management system.
Shift Timings: US & UK timings in a (24 x 5) Infrastructure operations.
Work Status & Experience: Working professionals with up to 2 years of experience in the domain.
