Position –Junior Trainee Assistant Industrial Engineering

Educational Qualification:  

Ø  B.tech in Industrial Engineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with not less than 50% marks.

Ø  Diploma (Preferred)

Ø  As part of the student role you will get to lead the independently various type of challenging projects in order to support inventory reduction, Supply chain ROI simulations, definition and implementation of new processes and infrastructures that supports efficient planning in low validity business environment, Shortages analysis and more.

Ø  The role includes high exposure to complex organizational processes and interfaces and requires high interpersonal skills, fast-thinking, high independency and ability to lead activities with no formal authority.

Ø  Leadership and management of different projects in the supply chain management world in order to support: Inventory reduction, cost-saving, organizational learning, material planning processes, responsiveness in low business validity environment and more

Ø  Be part of new material planning processes definition and implementation performance and outputs continuous improvement, provide creative solutions for cost problems and simulate ROI scenarios for different decisions/ processes alternatives

Ø  High importance for leadership capabilities- The role includes work with different interfaces from all the organizational levels

Ø  High importance for independent work capabilities, Definition and meeting projects milestones and timeline, clear messaging capabilities, tasks prioritization, work in the dynamic and changing environment, and creativity in problems solving

Ø  Work with Excel, SAP, Smart sheet and additional organization information systems for internal processes and projects management
