Role & Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be dealing with diverse set UX-Based projects and will serve as the voice of the user while accommodating product strategy through extensive research, merging derived insights with product requirements. You would also be required to work in a flexible, team-oriented culture that’s truly Agile. We are looking for freethinkers who are able to discover, understand, and communicate the business requirements of our clients, the emotional desires of their customers, and the context in which these two come together.

Your Contribution:

• Apply strategic design thinking to real-world problems.
• Contribute to planning, and conducting user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modelling, information architecture design, wireframes, and usability testing.
• Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using iterative design techniques.
• Produce design prototypes and design specifications.
• Designing and executing a primary research framework to validate User experience and derive Consumer Insights
• Participate in any internal training, internal initiatives, reviews and design-lead activities.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
• Proficiency in UX documentation.

Ideal Candidate

You bring to the organization the following competencies:

• A background with at least 1-2 years of user experience design. Very strong knowledge of UX processes and methodologies.
• Strong UI experience in web-designing 
• Sufficient UI experience in App-designing
• Strong project management skills and an ability to take ownership.
• Passion for creating products that resonate emotionally with people.
• A sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Facilitating design ideation, prototyping, and usability test efforts.
• Knowledge on Designing for Rich Internet Applications, Design for Hand-Held Devices, Responsive Web Design and Accessibility
• Good knowledge with design and prototyping tools such as XD, Sketch, InVision, Figma, Illustrator or Photoshop.
• The ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX or UI work.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Need to have a Portfolio.

Education: Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related design or UX Design discipline.
