Responsibilities:
1. Understanding of business requirements and use cases.

Responsibilities:
Implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams.
Testing sample data-sets to check that output from the program works as intended.
Problem solving and correcting the program as necessary.
Writing detailed documentation for usage of end users.
Consulting various sources to learn new ways to develop programs.
Design, develop and maintain custom Zoho functions and workflows.
Review and analyze the data on Zoho daily, to identify discrepancies, and incomplete information and work with the users to help resolve the discrepancies.
