Functional Responsibility:

a.Adherence to Annual Plan - 100% Adherenceto ABP in Values

b.Adherence to SOB - Maintaining amp;Achieving 100% SOB

c.Revenue Collection - 100% invoice wisecollection

d.Forecast Accuracy of RSF-1, 2, 3 amp; 4) amp; Inventory carrying cost - Within 10%

e.Market Survey amp; Business OpportunityIdentification amp; generation of RFQs.

f.Market amp; Competitor Intelligence.

g.Assess market potential and execute marketexpansion as per business plans.

h.Strategic Planning, Business Planning,Sales Forecasting amp; Sales Planning.

i.Lead the efforts for continuous supply ofproducts to ensure no stoppage of lines at customer ends

j.New Business Development

k.Communicate with customers and supportstrategies and programs to satisfy both internal and customer requirements

l.Communicate, liaise and negotiateinternally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate thedevelopment of profitable business and sustainable relationships with theclients.

m.Sales Growth Planning, SOB Improvement amp; Profitability Management.

n.First level application support

o.New Product Development amp; CFTCoordination.

p.Preparation of Business Case, Costing,Estimation, Pricing decisions amp; Proposal making.

q.Negotiation with customers (includingprofitable business finalization amp; price increases).

r.Pre-sales presentations, branding amp;promotion activities (incl. participation in Trade Fares / Exhibitions / Tech.Shows at customer end).

s.Managing the sales targets / plans and keyaccounts
