Key Skills and Requirements
- Immediate joiners required
- 1 Year of back-office and client servicing experience is a must
- Graduation is a must from any discipline
- Excellent communication in English is mandatory
- Candidate will have to give a presentation via a remote meeting in English (Excellent Communication is a must)
- Should have experience in Word / Excel (Data Entry experience is a must)
- Should have interacted with international clients
- Should have some knowledge about mail marketing software
- Should know how to handle international client
- Typing speed should be more than 50 words per minute
- Education

- Final round (Remote Meeting) or will be called in office for face to face discussion
Note: Candidates coming to the office for technical test/machine test/discussion should not be Covid Positive (Corona Positive) or the body temperature should not be high it should be as per the norms prescribed temperature limits. Any candidates found with such symptoms he/she will be immediately asked to leave, and further candidature will be canceled with immediate effect.
Before the interview candidateâs temperature will be screened. Wearing a mask is mandatory throughout the physical interview process.
No dress code policy
Monday â Friday (Flexible) (Saturday â Sunday Week off). Conditions apply if the delivery is due, Saturday or Sunday candidate will be asked to login for delivery and compensatory leave will be provided.
Candidates are advised to be present in the office by 15 minutes before the actual working hours.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
