(A) Developing New Accounts/
Account Mapping:
▪ Existing accounts need to be mapped better and deeper. Focus on
improving relationships with all our clients
▪ Focus on developing EM across all verticals, OEM's, Architects and
PMC's
(B) Adopt a Consultative Selling
approach:
▪ Consultative selling is at the very core of our brand promise – and it is
imperative that you embrace consultative selling
▪ Work with specifiers-Lighting/Electrical Consultants/End
Users/Architects.
▪ Handle large projects-Commercial/Residential/Hospitality.
▪ Handle High End Lighting Control Systems.
▪ Use marketing collateral and tools effectively
▪ Expected to be able to create powerful presentations (that address
specific client needs) and deliver this on your own
▪ Invite clients to Experience center/demo room
(C) Take the initiative in
Learning & Training:
▪ Need to be adequately equipped with skills: sales, technical, product,
positioning & consultative
▪ Pro-actively attend training programs regularly
(D) Timely and detailed
Reporting/Reviews:
▪ Timely completion of CRM in the provided format, including details on
orders lost
▪ Weekly and Fortnightly sales funnel to be forwarded to Business head
