KRA Technical Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Under general supervision, Install, diagnose, and repair system malfunctions. Seeks clarification and technical support where needed and escalates issues as appropriate.

2.       Under general supervision, installs, starts up and commissions systems in line with defined regulations, standards and processes.

3.       Checked cabling work when completed by technician and ensure no technical issue.

4.       Configuration of system and testing for desired output.

5.       Managing racks and cabinets as per standard after testing or making connections.

6. Understand and analyze relevant technical documents like drawings & technical manuals.

7. Communicate with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site.

8.       Meets regularly with customers to become familiar with operating problems and reach a full understanding of customer needs.

9.       Keeps customer informed on the nature of service provided, and outstanding issues, and recommends system enhancement/upgrade/replacement.

10.     Advises and trains customer in system operations.

11.    Documents work completed in a clear and concise way and promptly submits service reports.

12.    Ensures compliance with safety culture and adheres to all applicable safety standards, requirements, and equipment.

13.    Ensures compliance with industry regulations, where required.
