Job Description

Hierarchy Manager Designer/ Reviewer

Responsibilities

• Capture/ update clients shareholdings structures and associations based on available clients documents / information in Fenergo
• Upload all clients information related to ownership and organizational structure in Fenergo
• Ensure the quality of data captured in Fenergo (perform 4 eyes check)
• Formalize HM process in Standard Operating Procedure format
• Train new joiners
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree, preferably in finance, economics, management or law
• Work experience in a financial institutions, preferably in a KYC analyst position or in a consulting firm working on KYC / AML-TF issues would be a plus
  

Skills

• Solid knowledge of AML-TF regulations and KYC requirements would be a plus
• Strong capacity to adapt to new environment, processes and tools
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong risk awareness (compliance risk, data protection, etc.)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English. Capacity to analyze KYC documentation in any other language is an asset
