Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ideal candidate to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include completing documentation processes and performing KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications over the phone. Responsibilities:

Contact customers via telephone to complete necessary documentation for various processes.

Verify customer identity and information through KYC procedures.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation collected.

Explain processes and requirements clearly to customers over the phone.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.

Record and update customer information accurately in the database.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Follow up with customers as needed to obtain missing information or documentation.

Meet daily and weekly targets for document completion and KYC verification.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in document completion or KYC verification.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with basic computer applications and data entry.

Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while handling challenging situations.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to KYC procedures (preferred).

Fluent in multiple languages (preferred).

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
