Responsibilities and Duties
- Should know documentation process for applying CC and KYC
- Handling Inbound/ Outbound customers
- Should be able to sell multiple products like credit card/Debit
- card/KYC/Saving account/Current account to the clients coming to a bank
Qualifications and Skills
Higher secondary / 12th pass
Good communication skills English/ Hindi and Bengali
Basic Computer knowledge
Documents required is pan card and adhar card
