Roles And Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have experience of a minimum of 6 Months in AR calling.
• Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting the status of claims.
• To do an analysis of claims and take proper action.
• Should be able to handle calls to and from physicians, patients, and hospital staff.
• Manage AR accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
• Knowledge of Denial management.
• Resolve billing issues that have resulted in delays in payment.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
• Should be willing to join immediately.
• Quick and eager to learn and mold accordingly to the process needs.
