Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide technical support via the web, telephone, and chat
2. Understand the SkyPoint platform thoroughly, and the different workflows in the application
3. Go through the support cases on a daily basis and try to solve them
4. Write and maintain the runbooks for recurring support cases
5. Grow knowledge around the product by debugging new issues and solving those
6. Keep clients updated about the ticket and take follow-ups from the team if the ticket is solved by some other team
7. Work with cross-functional teams in case of critical issues
8. Escalate the issue to L2/L3 team if a detailed technical analysis is required

1. Must be passionate about solving customer technical product issues with a constant drive for technical knowledge and growth

2. Should be flexible to work in shifts - EST/PST timings after completion of training

3. Should have good technical knowledge

4. Should have excellent communication skills

5. Should be a quick learner

6. Should be from engineering background/engineering graduate

7. Should be B.Tech/BE in computer science, IT (or related discipline)

8. Should have 0-4 years of experience in technical support or application support

9. Should have basic knowledge of SQL

10. Should have a good understanding of APIs

11. Should have knowledge of Azure cloud, Azure Data Factory, and Cosmos DB
