Technical Resolution. Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
Desktop Support. Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation. Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership.
Networking Assistance.sound good in knowledge of Windows Operating Systems & Chrome Operating Systems The basics of cloud drives are to be updated along with basic Knowledge of VPN which is to be operating.
