Roles and Responsibilities

Sound knowledge of Labour laws and statutory compliance.
To apply the labor registration through online and follow up with dept. for RC copy.
Follow up with all the contractors for applying the license and collect copy for record.
Applying the Registration of Contractor under the CLRA Act & Shop and Establishment Act and submit the necessary documents to the dept. and follow up.
Maintain the Statutory registers & forms under the CLRA act, & S&E act.
Conduct the HR audit every month for all the contractors and check the Wage statement, EPF & ESI ECR statement, paid challan receipt, statutory registers under the CLRA act, and S&E act and find the observation for clearance the bill.
To handle Compliance Manager Tool for 20+ Depot across India.
Submit the proof of compliance in CMT tool within stipulated time.
To attend labor laws related inspection and submit compliance documents.
To ensure the company is in compliance with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and laws.
Contract Labour Management
Display abstract of all acts and maintain notice board updated.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3-5 years experienced required in ER/IR.
Strong Liasoning and Coordinating internally and externally to the company.
Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
Coordinating for the registration under shop and establishment act & inspectorate of Depot.
Any other miscellaneous assignment given by the company.
English communication and interpersonal abilities
Travelling 60%.
