• Source land for a layout project as part of a Joint Venture (JV) ranging from 1 to 3 acres.
• The property should not be in the corner, and corner plots are to be avoided.
• It is important that no slum areas, colonies, liquor shops, garbage dumps/ solid waste deposits or crematorium are located near the property.
• Have to source land based on Vastu principles.
• Once these properties are approved, the sales should be completed within a 6 to 12-month period.
• Each land acquisition manager has close at least 1 villa and 1 layout project within a month period.
• Need to inform landlord that after careful consideration and market analysis, we believe that developing your property could contribute to the overall growth and development of the surrounding area and significantly increase the visibility of your property.
• We aim to initiate the development and sales process ensure a timely completion within 1 year, but it depends based on current market conditions scenarios.
• There is initially no advance payment, but in certain unavoidable situations, a 10% advance will be provided to the landlord.
• In the development projects, the profit-sharing ratio and the layout selection will be decided by the management.
