Job Description:

*Overall management of the teaching, students & material but not limited to the following:
*To conduct successful DEMO classes and help in conversions via regular follow ups.
*Teaching IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/SPOKEN English .
*Train the new Trainers.
*Good Grip over Vocabulary and Communication Skills.
*Ability To Learn Our Methodology And Strategies Quickly
*Making teaching plans for the subject in consent with the reporting authority.
*Managing the class; preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students on weekly basis.
*Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, exercises & organize classroom activities on weekly basis.
*Creation of material as per the need of the company.
*Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students and help them in achieving their required score.
*Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records in place and always updated.
*To promote range of services / products of SIEC to walk-ins and enrolled students and convert atleast 30% of them.
*To use continuous improvement process and tools to make interactive lessons.
*To draft reports and presentations on the improvement of student learning when required.
*To achieve a minimum of 50% of the conversions from the walk-ins.
*Mentoring skills to help guide students of all levels achieve their highest scores on “test day”.
