Voice Process

Proficient in Language as well as English .

C1 level language

Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking customers/clients.

Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization.

Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time- to-time .

Energetic and have positive approach towards issues handling

Candidates should be flexible to work in Rotational Shifts ( 5days per week & 2 days off)

Candidate should be a good listener.

Candidate must have network Connectivity.
Work from home available.
