Fresher 
20,000 - 30,000 Per Month Job Summary:
The assembler/lab technician assembles products such as chip detectors, chip collectors, check valves, until they are completed to acceptance test procedures and routing operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Solid Knowledge in Repairing of Dell, Hp, Lenovo Laptops
Ø Ability to Diagnose Chip level Issues like No power, No display
Ø Assembles products according to routing and blueprints.
Ø Solders magnets and wires.
Ø Measures parts to specified tolerances.
Ø Cleans, assembles, disassembles and replaces parts as required.
Ø Tests functional performance of assembly.
Ø Maintains and monitors test equipment as necessary to ensure continued accuracy.
Ø Performs 100 per cent functional test of all assemblies in accordance with the acceptance test procedures.
Ø Records test results on the acceptance test data final card.
Ø Keeps assembly department and surrounding areas clean and free of foreign object damage.
Ø Keeps production supervisor advised of work status, workload, problems and progress as related to work assignments.
