WHAT WE DO!

Whether the problem lies in the laptop's software or hardware, it is up to laptop technicians to try and fix the issue. The technician must first carefully listen to the customer's description of the laptop's problem. Then the technician must run a few tests and carefully assess the device's functionality before opening it up. Components such as Battery, display, keyboards, buttons, camera, etc., may require replacing. Such work requires dexterity and maintaining a clean, static-free work environment.

 Our focus is Laptops, hardware and software. We have technicians across the City that work onsite at customer’s locations providing hardware break-fix services, data recovery, and general repair services. We close hundreds of service calls each week and do whatever it takes to get our customers up and running again. We specialize in all types of technology.

THE JOB OPPORTUNITY:

Experienced Chip level computer repair technician for Laptop must be fast and skilled for diagnostics and repairing must have strong experience in all type of laptop repairs.

Role: Laptop service technician

Qualification: Any degree

Experience:  2 years (Preferred)

Communication skill: Required good communication skill

Age: Below 28

Technicians are required to possess good communication skills, clear eyesight and strong reading abilities. Key points include: -

1.       Capable of executing onsite repairs

2.       Operating system installation and configuration

3.       Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.

4.       Installing and configuring all the peripherals, components and drivers.

5.       Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.

6.       Strong communication skills, organizational skills and time management are critical for success in this role

7.       Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.

8.       Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.

9.       Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference.

10.   Repair laptops and computer server and system parts.

11.   Diagnose computer servers’ issues by using different types of test equipment and tools.

12.   laptop assembling and maintenance

13.   Checking and troubleshooting the whole circuit of motherboard, removing and replacing chips, rebelling chipset, reprogramming BIOS, etc.

Capable of executing onsite repairs

-          Keeping correct turnaround time with repairs

-          Minimum of 2 years of work experience              

-          Sound technical knowledge in Laptop repairs

-          Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
