Job Description

Candidate have experience to work on field

Candidate have average communication skills

Candidate have knowledge of laptop resolution , troubleshoots

Candidate must have Aadhaar card, pan card, qualification certificate, previous company offer letter and experience letter.

Candidate can able to join immediate

Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring

Setting up new computers, networks, and software, including operating systems, anti-virus software, and applications like Microsoft Office

Troubleshooting

Diagnosing and fixing hardware or software faults, and network problems

Maintaining

Monitoring and maintaining systems and networks, and performing preventative maintenance activities

Supporting users

Responding to technical support calls, helping new employees set up their workstations, and training end users on new software or IT regulations

Recording issues

Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions for future reference

Advising

Advising executives on the best technological solutions for an organization

Improving

Contributing to the continuous improvement of products and customer satisfaction
