Job Description

Lawyers interested in joining the Litigation Team of the Law Firm at the Chandigarh office of the Law Firm must essentially be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council, must possess excellent command over English language, must have the ability to draft petitions, pleadings etc. for court cases and independently argue cases before courts, arbitral tribunals etc.

Must have knowledge of Labour laws, Land acquisition matters, Company laws, Civil cases and have handled the hearing of High Court, District Court or Supreme court.

He must have experience of minimum 7 to 10 years.

Local and outstation travel, boarding and lodging in relation to client-related work is provided by the Law Firm to all the lawyers.
Retainership fee will be 4.25lacs to 5.5lacs
