About the internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Developing familiarity and assisting with film, TV, and digital legal contracts
2. Assisting in ongoing litigation and legal matters related to film IP
3. Liaisoning between the company and the law firms that represent it in the US, India, and internationally; attend courts for matters as and when required
4. Performing extensive legal research using legal databases and organize
and draft all litigation and legal research materials for the senior lawyers
5. Making notes during meetings and distribute them in a timely manner
6. Organizing, analyzing, and tracking various film, TV, and theatre projects across the company's legal functions
7. Assisting in the legal aspects of various investment functions such as green-lighting projects, fundraising, and roadshows as & when required
8. Communicating with artists and business executives in a legal capacity in
a professional and timely manner
9. Assisting in any other in-house legal functions

Other requirements

1. Should have completed their law degree and have prior work experience in legal research and litigation

2. Candidates who have a bar license to practice in Delhi/Mumbai bar will be preferred

3. Should have strong Advanced Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills

4. Should be organized and have strong attention to detail

5. Should have strong written and verbal English language communication skills

6. Should be passionate about the film and creative arts industry and about

7. intellectual property rights

8. Should believe in the company philosophy,If it's not impossible, we're not interested

The selected candidates have a scope of going to Beverly Hills to work after the internship based on their performance during the internship. If they get a job offer with our company after the internship, all the expenses of travel, lodging, etc. will be borne by our company.
