Job Description
Designation: Law/Legal Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling litigation of real estate matters, arbitration matters, GST and income tax matters, cheque bounce matters, etc.
2. Working on RERA compliances and RERA matters
3. Drafting and vetting necessary agreements
4. Working on company compliance and correspondence with MCGM
5. Drafting written arguments and legal notices
Skills & Requirements:
1. Experience in handling high court matters
2. Candidates having real estate experience are preferred
