Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our ethics and compliance team at Biocon Biologics. The successful candidate will work closely with our seasoned ethics & compliance professionals and play a vital role in ensuring that our business operations align with the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Research and Analysis:
1. Research relevant compliance and ethical matters
2. Analyze and summarize laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting the company's operations
3. Research on data privacy matters and topics
4. Research the various compliance and ethics policies/SOP/standards
5. Assist in the development and updating of ethics and compliance policies
B. Training and Awareness:
1. Support the creation of training materials on employee-dedicated compliance training
2. Assist in organizing training sessions to enhance company-wide compliance awareness
C. Due Diligence:
1. Participate in vendor due diligence activities related to business transactions
2. Support in assessing and mitigating legal and compliance risks
D. Documentation and Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities
2. Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders

1. A degree in law, business law, or a related field
2. Strong academic record and a genuine interest in ethics and compliance
3. Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity
