Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting extensive research relating to laws and developments in the industry, legal and general
2. Reviewing various legal documents
3. Researching various compliance legislations and policies
4. Updating current company policies as per current legislations
5. Analyzing various request for proposals (RFPs) and preparing a summary of the RFP highlighting the key information
6. Preparing a checklist of the documents and information required to appropriately respond to the RFP's
7. Researching and updating on potential RFP's which can open business opportunities for ITW
8. Working in close coordination with legal, finance, and other departments
