Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting and vetting commercial and legal agreements
2. Working on regulatory compliance matters
3. Performing legal due diligence
4. Conducting legal research on issues ranging anywhere from global citizenship laws to labour laws of the country, corporate laws, and other branches
5. Finding viable solutions to problems based on the conducted research
6. Assisting in the day to day running of the firm
7. Writing content and preparing slide decks on various legal topics
