About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on compliance and legal due diligence of various companies under the guidance of seniors
2. Drafting and vetting of commercial or legal agreements and arrangements
3. Coordinating with seniors for the transaction documents and assisting in streamlining the process
4. Handling any other legal work as may be required
