Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling corporate insolvency matters and drafting petitions
2. Compliances under IBC-2016
3. Appearing before Hon'ble NCLT, NCLAT and other District courts
4. Filing, e-filing of petitions & applications before NCLT & NCLAT
5. Dealing with clients
