* After complete the Apprenticeship Training / Pre - joining Training candidate will get the Certificate from Government (NSDC).

* Candidate should be good in communication and proficient in advance excel.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on employee database management
2. Working on retiral funds claim to process clients
3. Working on PF helpline activities - employee outreach and clients
4. Working on employee email responses (PF & retirals specific)
5. Working on software updation with claim status
6. Raising grievances on government portals
7. Following-up on calls/emails with government offices
8. Conducting client reviews
9. Working on employee induction facilitation for retirals schemes
10. Working on employee training presentations
11. Working on management reviews
