Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct legal research on co-operative housing societies matters
2. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
3. Support the Advocate in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings by organizing relevant documents and evidence
4. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other professionals, both verbally and in writing, maintaining professionalism at all times
5. Assist in the management of legal databases and filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
6. Attend client meetings, provide administrative support, and take detailed notes when required
