Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on legal due diligence of various companies under the guidance of seniors
2. Drafting and vetting of agreements and arrangements in private equity transactions, venture capital funds, and general corporate transactions
3. Coordinating with seniors for the transaction documents and assisting in streamlining the process
4. Handling any other legal work as may be required including Insolvency, mergers, and amalgamations

Who should apply:

1. If you are a fresh graduate or in the final year of your Law;
2. If you are self-motivated to learn and deliver the assignments within stipulated deadlines; and
3. If you have an interest in private equity and general corporate law.
