Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on legal drafting of MOU, term sheets/any kind of document preparation
2. Assisting in other legal matters like litigation, property, JV's, and merger
3. Handling legal registrations
4. Coordinating with senior council members occasionally
5. Preparing company collaterals/paperwork
6. Creating and maintaining documentation/filing
