Job Description

Looking for a lawyer with 0-8 experience for a full service well established law firm at CST Bombay.

Lawyer proficient in drafting and appearing in court will be preferred .

Work also includes doing research , briefing senior counsels and attending courts not only in Bombay but in other part of the country as well .

Explaining the law and giving general legal advice

Settling disputes and supervising any agreements

Researching and gathering evidence

Analysing legal documents

Supervising Legal Assistants.

Advise and represent clients in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters

Communicate with their clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case

Conduct research and analysis of legal problems

Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses

Present facts in writing and verbally to their clients or others, and argue on behalf of their clients

Prepare and file legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds
