Qualifications

-Min 15+ years of relevant HR experience specially in Employee engagement and L&D,5 yrs in leadership in any FIntech ,BFSI industry.

-- Location- Mumbai

- MBA in HR

-Budget- Max 20 Lakhs

Sr.Manager/AVP

- Solid understanding of HR concepts and Engagement best practices

- Prior experience with financial and bank is desirable

- Indepth knowledge in fomulating and implementation of L&D framework and policies and employee engagement

- Understanding of L&D structure , propcess and implementation at organization level

- Basic training and develiplement skills

- Good knowledge of analytics tools specially in L&D and engagement space

- Analytical mindset and critical thinking

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Employee Engagement:

• Pan and execute activities around improving overall employee experience in the organization.
• Plan employee engagement survey and action plan
• Plan and execute employee engagement charter - which includes managing activities across locations while also leveraging the network of HR partners in other locations for consistent experience
• Manage the Rewards & Recognition program and drive culture of appreciation
• Manage the Corporate Social Responsibility charter
• Taking an inclusive approach, you will work to engage all types of employees with different backgrounds, experience levels and personalities crafting activities and events appealing to all
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute successful activities on time and within budget
• Seek feedback periodically and iteratively improve approaches
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and the ability to enrol others in ideas
• Exposure to similar programs and related activities such as event planning and coordination, employee engagement, or internal communications
• Skip level meetings, employee retention management
• Interest in organizational culture and employee engagement
• Strong communication skills
